CORPORATE & EVENTS

In addition to theatre, Barry has designed, composed, and/or mixed front-of-house for live national and international events for numerous corporate clients, including eight national events for AARP, fifteen national events for the Boy Scouts of America, as well as multinational corporate events for AON-Hewitt, Grant Thronton, FIS, Hospira, and Jockey International; and the regional arms of national not-for-profits such as the American Heart Association, and the Urban League. While working for Hall of Music Productions at Purdue University, he designed, composed, and mixed events for the Indiana United Methodist Conference and the Presbyterian Youth Trienneium, as well as Purdue Musical Organizations' annual PMO Christmas Show. He has overseen
front-of-house for several music festivals, including Watertown, Wisconsin's Riverfest, and
Lafayette, Indiana's Taste of Tippecanoe.

Since 2020, Barry has worked as a regular freelance audio engineer for Concert Sound Systems in Chicago.
Live events with CSS have included numerous events for Northwestern University, a summer alternative music festival, corporate events and livestreams for private equity firm GTCR and John Deere, and numerous concerts for Artists Lounge Live at Marriott Theatre Lincolnshire and elsewhere. He has also worked recently with Centerstage Global, serving as A1 and A2 on corporate events for Amazon, the NFL, Kraft Heinz, and the Ford and Lincoln motor companies.
